Preliminary Matters/Consent Agenda


Preliminary Matters:

The Obion County Board of Education will meet in regular session July 30, 2015, at South Fulton Elementary School at 7:00 p.m. Prior to the meeting, a meal beginning at 6:00 p.m. will be provided.

Items of Note:

August 6, 2015, is the first day of classes.

Consent Agenda (Item V.):

Background Information:

The consent agenda consists of the monthly personnel report and the monthly financial reports/business activity (receivables for the month of June have not been posted yet). The Report of Assignment of Board-Owned Vehicles (as required by Board Policy #3.402) is presented for the Board's information.

In addition, as of 7/27/15, the following item(s) has/have been removed from the technology inventory system and taken to the Obion County Recycling Center:

(17) computer
(06) monitor
(01) laptop

All of the above equipment was in non-working condition or of no value due to usage and age. A document describing the equipment is attached.

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of all items listed on the consent agenda.
